Seeing requires good precision between our mind and eye muscles. This precision is a skill that we must train into our muscles. As you go through the program, you will learn new skills that becomes your seeing repertoire. Once you have completed the program, you will have the basis to see well. You only need to continue to practice and hone the skills until you regain good vision. Once we have mastered the skills, then seeing can be effortless.
As you continue to master the skills, there are new vision habits and body care changes you must make to support good vision. New vision habits are necessary to stop the strains that cause blurry vision. New body care changes are necessary to maintain good eye health. The body is one integrated unit where every organ depends on one another to maintain good health. A sickly body will not be able to support healthy eyes.
Good habits and body care must be a part of the overall vision training in order to maintain good eyesight for a lifetime.
