Health
Like it or not, we involuntarily signed a life long contract to care for our body when we were born. Violate it and somewhere down the road we will have to pay the price. Sadly, many of us were never told about this life long agreement at an early age. Otherwise, we could have started developing the habits and awareness needed to keep ourselves healthy. Instead, many of us have to wage a long battle back from poor health and struggle to break old habits that caused health problems in the first place.
Even if we learn to care for our body, there is no guarantee that we can all live to a ripe old age without getting diseases. Life offers no guarantees. That is its mystery and appeal. We can however learn to fulfill this life time contract and give ourselves the best chance for a long healthy life.
This section will help set you in the right direction and give you the tools to repair and maintain your health.
