We use to be hunters and gatherers, and needed good distance vision. Over a millennia, our eyes have adapted for distance vision to help us find food and stay alive. Most of us don’t hunt and gather anymore.
Today, we play, read, research and work. We spend most of our days working on a computer, watching TV, or reading a book. Our eyes, tire quickly because it’s not made for near work. The articles and resources here will give you the tools, and hopefully, the motivation to maintain and to improve your eye health and vision for a lifetime.
