I am a web application programmer and project manager by trade, but have a great interest in natural healing, prevention, and spirituality. I spent years studying, practicing and experimenting with natural healing, chi gong, meditation, yoga, cleansing (fasting, liver and kidney detox), fermentation (kombucha, kifer, rice wine, sourdough bread, etc.), and eyesight improvement. It has revealed some insight that can help improve anyone’s life.
