Farsighted Person Can Also Improve His Eyesight

Right now, my focus is on helping people overcome their nearsightedness. Being myopic, it was natural for me to focus on overcoming nearsightedness. It is a continual process to improve and refine my understanding to make it easier for others to improve.

It is a matter of learning the right skills and practicing to master those skills. Just like nearsightedness, once you master the skills and use it daily, it will to help you improve. This struggle is similar to improving nearsightedness, but rather than learning to relax, you may need to increase your eye muscle strength to converge through the fusion exercise.
